the problem with the cold starts is the fuel...try usin diesel kleen in your fuel system it will help keep the fuel from gumming up in the tank and make for better starts when its cold

 

ya i had to buy new batteries for my pickup for mine too. but i had a slight leak in my fuel system and it was causing it not to want to start in the mornings but would start when it warmed up. and maybe you have a slight draw in your electrical system and it's causing the batteries to run down. I'm in garden city kansas right now and i know the kind of weather has been going on lately.
