1995 powerstroke shaking problems turbo?

i have not been able to pull anything off yet besides water pump and radiator. i do not have a shop or garage to work on anything like that. so therefor idk what i am going to do yet. i still am not sure what caused this i am just guessing pressure plate i do not kno. when the truck is running its kind of a circular shake when it is started
