Default 1995 powerstroke shaking problems turbo?

i need some help here. my truck starts right up and seems to run great really but if i get on it or drop it from 4th to 3rd and gun it i have a bad shaking problem its not the clutch or drivetrain it sometime does it out of gear and reving it up high. i had a buddy drive it and he said he doesnt know but he said the turbo isnt building as much boost as its suppose to. i sprayed brake cleaner on the hoses checked for leaks or anything nothing. im stumped. the engine is stock is the spool bad? truck has boost but not as much as its suppose to. also if i rev it up to about 3 grand it blows quite a bit of blue/white smoke is that normal? what could be the issue?

Maybe bad injectors causing a few cyls to miss fire causing the engine to shake bad. check your 4 plug ins on your valve cover gaskets for burnt terminals.

check the fuel filter. it sounds like a lack of fuel. now even the not so mechanically inclined can tell if the engine has a miss. what do you think? but the OBS VC gaskets are known to short out.

i know quite a bit on gas engines for this is my 1st diesel. i know its not a miss in the engine. it doesnt shake everytime it does it maybe 3 out of 10 times. could it be airflow by any chance? my air filter is real dirty i am replacing tommarrow.

it could be. it just sounds like a lack of fuel. so repalce filters and go from there. also, on the side of the fuel bowl. there might be a pre screen. it's a black plastic tube, about the size of a half roll of quarters. check that too. and the lack of fuel will cause the lack of boost. and i thonk i know the shake you're talking about. does it sound like the engine is really struggling when is does it?

i bought a k and n for it put her in it still doin it. the boost problem is fixed though. but the sjake is still there it has to be part of engine because out of gear revin it up it will shake. and getting on it high rpms it still does it i havent checked my injectors its also still got the white smoke pouring out when i rev it up to 3 grand. what will the engine act up like if that prescreen is the problem? does it sound like it need injectors? could it be my throwout bearing?

throw out bearing. no. ok have some one rev it up and then smell the smoke. is it oil, fuel, or coolant. the engine will act like it's starving for fuel if the pre screen is the pre screen is the problem. you might have it, you might not. is the inside of the exhaust pipe wet at all? it might be injector o rings if it's smoking like that. you can send the injectors to rosewood to have them flow tested. not sure how much that costs.

alrite so i was hauling 2 tons on a trailor and everything went bad but i found out what is wrong. the pressure plate had became unbalanced and shook so bad that it threw my fan and clutch off the water pump and went through my radiator as well as cracked my transmission. has anyone ever heard of pressure plate throwing the motor off balance like that?
