All this talk about 9 sec dmax's....That's not what every conversion is used for, some people want to be different and have a rock solid truck that wasn't made from the factory...CTD with an Allison would be a sweet combo...Not everyone wants a dedicated drag racer, sled puller with a conversion...

 

get an allison 3000 and put a divorced case behind it........good trannies.....
