Default 2003 CR - Having Starting Issues

I am working on a 2003 2500 Common rail. It is having starting issues. It will not start on its own when it is cold (grid heater or not). It is like it is not getting a signal to fire the injectors when it is cold. If you snuff it with either, it will start and stay running, but not on its own. Once it is running, for a few minutes, you can shut it off and it will restart. If you let it set for about 1.5 hours or longer, you will have to use either again. It is getting fuel to the rail(injectors). The crank and Cam sensors are ok and the fan relay is ok because there is no codes in the computer. I don't know what else it could be? I am at a stand still. Can anybody help get me going again? Anything will be greatly appreciated!!! Thank you - Jay

Does white smoke come out of the exhaust with a rich diesel smell?? If so, time for injectors.

are the glow plugs staying on for the right amount of time for the temperature? if they cycle on and off, andyou cant get them to stay on to warm up, could be simple as a blown plug..
