Now when you say auto adjust, do you mean the push button deal slides back out? As in, it doesn't lock? Had this happen to mind, but check the plastic piece that attaches to the pump itself. Something went loose and the cable slid back and forth. I had to super glue it, but it definetly helped out with the line pressure. A quick and easy way to eliminate the cable would be to take the TV cable off the throttle lever on the transmission and take it for a short trip around the block. Just zip tie it full forward. If it doesn't improve, the TV cable can be eliminated.

Another thing would be to disconnect the plug on the TPS. If nothing changes with either of those (as in the shifting stays the same wether they're connected or not), you can go from there.

what i meant by auto adjust is the tv cable has a spring loaded button that you push in then pull cable out or back then when you push accel to wot it will click its way into "proper" position-automatically. i can disconnect and pull tv back all the way but that gives me harsh engagements and delayed shifts. i have messed with tp adjusment to no avail. tp for the most part seemed to only really affect lock-up and maybe the timing of o/d shifts. i put tp back to normal cause i didnt feel it is my concern.

update...i have been monitoring eng/trans sensors and i have what i think might be higher than normal gov pressure. from what i was told you should expect to see 1psi for every mile per hour. mine starts indicating gov pressure at 5mph and its 10-12 psi. then at 10mph its 20psi, 15mph 25psi. 20mph 30psi and so on. for the most part mine is (add 10psi for mph). any ideas about this. i know pcm commands gov pressure but it does this based on certain sensors? i dont know if i am on the right track but i dont know where to look next. turbine shaft speed sensor? tps? any help yall
