Yes but you still have to reprogram the computer to turn of the regen cycle.

i just left em un hooked just wrap em with somthing ive had probs with em getting wet

I just used a MBRP 07 exaust with the muffler delete too and choose a progammer u like to kill the codes. PPE,QUAD,EFI etc..

And yes I would put die electric grease on the plugs and seal with wrap and secure to frame...
