Default DPF Filter Bypass...?

anyone ever just bypass the DPf filther...as in leave it hooked up but, pipe around it reason i ask is that i recently took the CAT out but, about 100miles later the pipe fell off where i had connected it...however i haven't gotten any codes as of about 25miles worth of driving

update...
doing this will cause the HUD to flash "clean exaust filther and "see owners maunel now" constantly. also the SES light is on...but so far no limp mode

i bult one that bolted up in place of the dpf and can change it back to dpf in 10min

does nebody know what i should do with the sensors if u build a pipe to go in place of the DPF?

You can buy a DPF delete kit that comes with some electronics to keep from throwing codes.. Or if you have EFI live, you can take care of it that way

I know H&S Makes one.. I will try to find the link for ya. Do you have an LMM Duramax along with your 2003 LB7?

well we own schaper farms...we have a 2003 gmc duramax for our shop <farm> pickup.
and i have my 03 chevy as my daily driver.
And my dad just bought the 08 lmm duramax.
that would be nice if u could get the link

I did a search on Google for it, and I could only find Cumins and Powerstroke DPF Delete kits @ HS Performance.. I did however find a couple of links to some of our vendors.. Showing that the quadzilla stealth tuner and an exhaust for an LBZ will make a code free DPF Delete.. Try putting in a price request from our vendors to see what kinds of deals they can make you .

ok well if i build me own pipe. should i just reinstall the sensors in my pipe?
