No electronics on steering wheel

Go down to Napa and tell them you want a clock spring for a 2000 F-250... IIRC it was about $80 bucks.
Disconnect the Battery's, unbolt the air bag from the steering wheel and remove. Remove steering wheel. Unplug and remove old clock spring, install new. Reinstall steering wheel and air bag.
Its not that hard, I had never done one and was a bit nervous removing the ignition and such, but it would take me less then an hour to do another one.

Oh ok, not sure if it makes a difference but the light flickers, like stays on goes off flicks and so on. Does this affect the horn as well? What does CSIPSD stand for?
