Default No power steering

Hi everyone some advise would be much appreciated, I just replaced the power steering pump and steering box in my 94 ram 2500. Everything is borgeson and still no power steering, could it be my vacuum pump not spinning the steering pump?

The Borgeson pump takes a damn long time to prime. At least three times longer than any other replacement pump I've used, and I've used many in the miles I've driven this truck. No idea why, but their stuff... while nice... I have found to be finicky.

After everything was installed I jacked it up and turned the wheel lock to lock until the bubbles stopped. Should I drive it to see if it starts working an re bleed it

No, if it isn't working at all definitely don't drive it yet. That said, I found my Borgeson steering to be unusually heavy, it almost feels like a manual rack but I know it's working. I actually took the pump out and sent it back to them because it leaked right out of the package, so I had to go through this bleeding process with it twice. Just keep turning it back and forth until it starts to work, ignore the bubbles.
