also have a clutch disconnect switch that acts funny i want to bypass it any ideas here ?

Welcome to the Site... You can always start your on thread with your questions, just make sure they get in the correct section.. I'm pretty sure the Superduty downpipe will not work on your 95.

Wrong angle, and I'd be interested to see someone try and get a 1 piece DP between the motor, tranny and firewall on a OBS, a 2 piece is enough of a SOB (Hint, take off the pass tranny crossmember mount to frame and lower the tranny slightly to get more room to get the pipes in and together). Bottom line: Buy a $80 2 piece DP and be done with it.

Bypassing the clutch switch is pretty easy, but not recommended (here in NY its illegal), you can bump the switch and start it in gear, not a good idea.

That is what the sound difference is . . . it's loud. And it makes it move alittle better

I managed to squeeze a stock dp from a SD in my 96. It was a sob. I don't recommend doing it.
