I have a late 99 (the one to make big power if you want) Ford F250. Truck is a 7.3 and is highly modified. It runs excellent and has been my daily driver/tow rig.
Modifications include:
12" Superlift lift kit (this is 4 grand lift)
20" Eagle alloy wheels
37" tires (could run well into the 40" size if desired)
Hypertech chip
Air intake
Exhaust stacks
5k resistor mod on switch
EGT, Boost, Trans temp gauge (trans temp gauge is flakey)
Custom built front and rear bumpers
Milemarker manual locking hubs
New starter
I've also upgraded the interior to include bucket seats and center console out of an excursion
