who is running stage one casserly's and what kind of miles on them and what kind of MPG and any issues with them I do not want a sales pitch just facts...

what kind of ICP are you holding in your 80-120 tunes ?????

this is what I want data/facts
Bill put these injectors in his 2001 2WD truck. STOCK EVERYTHING except 6637 air filter at 235K miles.

ICP rock solid at 3100 PSI (just under 60% IPR if memory serves), 20+ MPG, and it is FUN as heck to drive!

OK james got in touch My stuff is in the mail headed your way Diane I understand people get busy ..... You guys know when a persons truck is down it can be hectic I have had very bad luck with this truck and that compounds the issue my injectors are going in as soon as the chip shows back up reburned and I will let everyone know how it works out as single shots seem to be the in thing right now

my truck was getting 10-13 mpg unloaded at 70-75 mph on the expressway with 3.73 rear end and auto tranny so you can see why i was so pissed ICP with my splits was 2100 psi in 80 hp and after rosewooding my injectors it was 1900 so that didn't work out so well that is why I refused to use shimmed injectors I guess

I have a new 17* hpop going in at the same time as the single shots and the new tunes so if this doesn;t make her sing again I'm selling the truck

Did you rebuild your own injectors?

I used the rosewood kit 250.00 to rebuild a set with 70,000 I do not feel the fuel side of the injectors was geeked up ..

The entire key to a good running powerstroke is injection control pressure if the oil side of the injectors ORINGS and the Poppet Valve do not control the oil properly you get weak injection if the poppet doesn't seal on front or back seat you lose oil pressure to the rest of the injectors that have good poppets and that makes a weak and retarded spray which basically retards timing of fuel and kills MPG and performance as well as washes out your rings killing compression over time ....

You can use shimms to recover this wear on the poppet but honestly it's a cheap and eventually bad way to do it as it doesn't fix the wear it is a quick way for the injector builder to make a quick buck my failure was due to not understanding and or being able to correct for this poppet wear it takes know how and time ....

I bought new single shot AC code injectors from a local injection service as it was cheaper and if I have issues they are in town ..I bought a set of cores from a guy for 150.00 and can get them turned into singles for 850.00 if I want by someone who does not use shimms ever ...if a poppet cannot be lapped and made to hold oil pressure he throws them out period .

the fuel side of an injector is like legos you pick a plunger and barrel and VOP spring and bingo your done ...it's the oil side that means everything if it is leaking it kills injection on that injecotor and robs ICP from your HPOP to the rest...not good

Ok...

All that to say that yes, you did them yourself, and had issues...

So I'm just saying, thousands of sets of Cass's injectors say that he know's something you don't.

I was looking around and saw that you could put International T444E injectors in a 7.3 and that they were single shot. Is that True and does it work good?

Yes, they're AC codes. In the "high torque" 444 at least.
