Need INFO ON CASSERLY SINGLE SHOTS STAGE 1's

I really dont know what your looking for. Cass builds great injectors, I would say 40% of the high HP trucks are running his stuff. He is a stand up guy that knows what he is doing. I have yet to hear anyone have issues with his injectors.
With a set of stage 1 injectors you are only bumping up the size about 20cc x1000... You might break 350hp with stage ones.
MPG will change very little, better EGT's and a bit more smoke when playing but otherwise you will not feel much differance.
You cant go wrong with any of the big name injector builders... Swamps, Beans, Cass, DI...
Some of the best injectors in the bussness come from Hypermax, they have Stage 2's that put out great numbers!

Welcome to owning a Powerstroke with HEUIs, you pay to play. Just because you dont like the shims doesnt mean they arent proven in a lot of trucks.

Casserly admitted on the phone he uses shimms in his remans
I do not want shimms in 1100.00 + core worth of remans period I do not think shimms are professional! do the machine work/lapp the poppets and put them back into factory spec poppet valve travel length means it uses more oil and therefore lowers ICP ...
who is running stage one casserly's and what kind of miles on them and what kind of MPG and any issues with them I do not want a sales pitch just facts...
what kind of ICP are you holding in your 80-120 tunes ?????
this is what I want data/facts

Here's a data log... This is a truck pull, so wide open throttle for more than a couple seconds.

Here's the same ICP graph layed in with the RPM graph. So, you can see that the injectors are doin just fine with 20k on them, if I'm seein 3k ICP at 2k RPM's.

I spoke to him on the phone personally and he admitted to using shims ok fine ...I would prefer to have the poppets brought back into factory spec again for 1100.00 and would be willing to pay more if I knew I had injectors without shims machine work and bench work takes time ....my preference is to have NON-SHIMMED injectors I will pay a little more for them but the further you push towards 1800.00 then you can buy new injectors so there is a breakoff point in the deal personally 1100.00 is the high limit for remanned injectors how swamps sells them for 1500 I will never know ...thanks for the data....
I decided to purchase new AC codes from the largest Alliant dealer located here in town if there is a problem I can just deal with the folks here instead of UPS back and forth ...the cost was 100.00 lower than anyone on the net.
I just feel if your going to bother remanning an injector then the poppet valve work should be done to get it right without shimming it.
