Got to stop throwing money at it... White smoke could be many things...
Have someone with a good nose drive behind you when its doing it. See if it smells of fuel or coolant.
I would guess its a turbo issue, the o rings are more then likely leaking oil past and into the exhaust. Most times this happens when under load. If you leave it idling for a long time see if it does it worse for a bit.
