Default Problems on 7.3 after upgrade

I have a 2001 f250 with 7.3.

This truck has over 300,000 miles on her was going good but started having trouble with hard start. Found I had an oil leak on the bottom of the turbo. Also had a weak injector.

Pulled it apart, replaced the turbo with the upgraded pedestal, replaced the injector cups along with the new o-rings, and installed new crossover pipes. Put it all back together would not start.
Hooked the AE up and it showed tjhe high pressure was all over going from 0 to over 3000 pounds. Changed the ipr and icp. Finally got it started runs rough but now has no throttle and will only idle.
Have the tps on order. But I am wondering if I did something wrong putting it back together, I know it takes a while to get the air out of the system, but I can't figure out how the tps could go out just setting there.

Any one have any suggestions on where I could have messed up?
