Default At wits end.

I have a 2002 F350 4x4 crew cab diesel. mileage about 332,000. I can't seem to find why my things that should shut off with the key off are not shutting off. Stuff that are associated with battery saver relay. Windows, radio, blower motor,wipers.....etc.I've changed out fuse box relays and ignition slide switch and it fixed it until it rained one day and all went back to square one.I believe the leak is around the windshield. I even pulled and cleaned the fuse box and coated all the pins with dielectric grease. I am not sure where the battery saver relay is at. I've searched the internet and can't find any answers. Any help is appreciated.

Well I finally fixed the problem.5 gallons of gas and a lighter......just kidding. I guess persistence pays off. Bottom line is it ended up being a Viper remote start module. It was the only thing that had been added to the vehicle and was tied into the ignition wires. I unhooked it and problem solved.
