need help new to site truck shut down at idle no start back and wont crank battery good &starter can short out &turn truck over

cant say why it happened but check the mega fuse

if you jump the starter relay in the fuse box does it turn over?

what about the NSBU switch? try cranking in neutral.

did you check the 175 amp fuse under the fuse box hood?
