I would consider myself a pretty decent shade tree mechanic but this is a real head scratcher. I had my 4r100 replaced with a 4r100hd about 3 months ago. Everything was going great. All the sudden coming back from a 3 hr drive going about 70mph my tranny doesn't this weird shutter. I thought that was weird and thought I might have hit something in the road but about 15 mins later it didn't want to shift. I pulled over for around 5 mins and tried again and everything was fine for the rest of the ride home (1hr). So I pretty much thought that was a flute until today when I put my truck in 4x4 and nothing happened. No light, no hubs locking, no nothing. Could these 2 things be linked at all? I used my 4x4 5 days ago and it was perfect. Now I have nothing. I am stumped!!!
