hi, i have a problem with my 1994 ram cummins with 12v 1998 engine.
this is a video of the problem.
with hose

fuel shut off removed: same problem( so the fuel shut off is good)

fuel filter and prefilter is new.

new tork tek overflow valve.

new hose from the tank to lift pump.

in tank module is good.

same problem with hose dorectly in a jug of fresh fuel.

did the return flow is suposed to be constant or like *pulse*?

it didnt do it until temp is at 180...

when i run, between 1500-2000rpm the fuel pressure goes up and down...( between 5-40psi) non stop...

NO LEAKS, NO AIR LEAKS. it do it with a hose direclty from a jug of fresh fuel to the lift pump.
