97 powerstroke, white smoke in morning

Mine does this every morning until it warms up. New glow plugs and new injectors and everything. Lots of white smoke when started and warming up. Looks like fog outside as its warming up. Drive it for 2 minutes or so after its warming up for 10 minutes it doesnt smoke anymore. Curious what someone thinks it could be.

depending on the miles it could be low compression

217,xxx miles. Has more blowby than normal so i dont believe it would be from low compression. I know some of my smoke is because the higher blow by causing oil going though the crank case vent and into the turbo and buring oil but i rerouted it and it vents into the air and not the turbo now and still smokes.

Ordered stage 1 injectors and put those in and lubed the o-rings as they got put in. Didnt smoke like this after i changed them.

blow by is gasses getting by the rings which causes a loss in compression
