Default 96 7.3 Dies when decelerating

Ok,
Ive been having an issue for awhile know, Originally my 7.3 died a phew times on the highway after driving 10 or so miles and wouldn't start. So that led me to replace the cam sensor, ICP sensor, replacing the can sensor plug on the wiring harness, fuel lift pump, & fuel filter. Still dying after being driven so i swapped the PCM with my original since Ive got a DP tuner and still the same symptoms. Swapped the ICM with a friends and still same symptoms.
After fighting this fight for several weeks i decided to bite the bullet and replace the HPOP with an Adrenalin. Since im replacing the HPOP i decided to replace the IPR and got one from Swamps. I ordered the new Full Force stage 1 injectors at the same time since mine have bad o rings and are needing replaced.
I said all that to get to my new issue. After putting in the new HPOP know it seems to be running better and not dying while driving on the highway (all though i just drove it for one day) it know will die when im letting off the accelerator.(had never done this before) So im figuring its dropping oil pressure to far and the ICP is shutting it down. (disconnecting the ICP and driving it,it doesn't die) Could this be happening do to know the oil pressure is to high at the injectors with the old ones still installed (haven't installed the new ones yet) and the pressure cant hold or is there a problem with the new HPOP or IPR...?????
Any and all HELP! Please
Thank You!!

I know you just replaced the cam position sensor, but your new symptoms describe a faulty cps EXACTLY. Scan the codes.

Ok, so i changed the cps with no luck still have the same problem.
I called Adrenaline about this and Bob's suggesting the IPR. I'm going to replace it again and see if there is any changes. I was leaning that way as well as it seems to be a low pressure issue when idling down. Again the current issue is after holding the RMS at say 2000 and releasing the accelerator to go too idle it dies. But not if im holding it at say 1200ish it will idle down and stay running.

(holding the RPM's Dooo!)

Im at a loss!
Ive been chasing this issue around the truck for a month and after replacing a crap load of parts with no success.

Hopping some one can get me thinking straight again.
So went ahead and re-replaced the Cam & ICP sensors again since i found a bad, maybe shorting connector on the IPM and thought maybe it shorted something out. NOPE! Truck still broken.
How about FPR? Any info out there about that?
Im seeing on other sites about the screen being clogged up and the spring mod for more pressure.
Could i be going down the correct path or just chasing?
Is there any wear able parts in side? Maybe worn out?

I did hook up an injector pressure gauge and saw it rapidly bouncing from 50 to 65 psi at start up. After a phew minuets the check engine light cam on and it went down to 32 to 56 PSI still rapidly bouncing. Then revving up to 3000 RPM pressure jumped 75 to 100 still rapidly bouncing. Then let off gas pedal and dropped too 50 to 65 and then died at that pressure. ???????????

Is this common being a mechanical lift pump?

( Connector on the IPR, Damn cant think straight anymore!)
