Default Transmission issuses please help

I have a 1992 f350 7.3l n/a with an e40d and I really don't want to have to replace till spring and it is my dd I have scanned the truck and i got the following:
koeo codes:
49 transmission 1/2 problem
59 transmission 3/4 problem
62 excessive converter clutch slippage
99 epc circuit failure
The wierdest thing is in the morning it will shift beautifully and on my way home from work it will always mess up acts like 3rd is neutral but I have never had a problem with 1/2 and I thought it might be because its warmer in the afternoon but it got colder now and it still does it only on my way home traffic is about the same both directions

While it may very well be your torque converter but I would check your throttle position sensor first. I know of a recent incident where a guy was getting a code 62 on his reader and it ended up being a bad TPS that was causing it. Also check your manual lever position sensor (MLPS) on the drivers side of the transmission as it can cause shifting and electrical problems. Make sure the connections to your MLPS and the wiring harness on the passenger side of the transmission are clean and tight. Most of the time E4OD problems are electrical rather than mechanical.

When the MLPS was installed was it adjusted correctly meaning line up the hash marks while in neutral? Is the voltage adjusted to within range on the new TPS?

i would also suggest installing big trans cooler if you don't already have one currently in place i went through two in my 94 dually ...... DAMN EXPENSIVE was to learn...my other guess was the tps too.......other wise LOST ...

the tps is set at 1.1-3.9 and the mlps is new and now so is the torque converter no more code 62 thank you diesel crawler still has a code 99, 49, and 59 I figured the 49 and 59 are being caused by the 99 which is electronic pressure control circuit error that is the connector on the passenger side right and I notice the lock tap on the connector is broke off should I replace the connector and see if it still acts up if so would replacing the solenoids that it connects to be the next step
