i have seen a triple, but it's one small, one medium and large turbo

i guess that could be a step between true twins and compounded twins

I wanted to build a twin setup on my 6.9 before deciding to put my cummins in and the main problem is room the one turbo i had on there barely fit here are a couple different setups on powerchokes that might work..

looking at your idea again flipping the manifolds forwards is a good idea or better yet fab up some new ones those manifolds are pretty restricting and are at weird angles any ways I thought of putting the batteries in the bed or something like that and putting the turbo where the batteries are.
