Default Rear Brakes Hardly Work

Earlier this year I did a brake flush on my truck. For a couple days they were working real good. Since then, I can tell they quit working again. I'm going to flush em out again and see if it helps, but if they quit working again, am I going to have to lean towards new calipers or is it due from the brake hoses collapsing shut??
