i have noticed my 08 has a 1 piece driveshaft and the 07.5 had the carrier. my looks as big as 6 inch pipe. i would make sure your carrier is not bad

Look under the truck and see if it has 1 driveshaft all the way from the tranny to the differential or 2 shorter driveshafts . If it has 2 short shafts the hanger in the middle between them is the carrier bearing. U-joints could be going bad though if they didn't get greased enough when they were installed.

The truck has no carrier bearing. I also checked the tranny fluid and it looked good. The level was good and it didin't look burnt or have that burnt smell..

i have the same problem and it sounds like a u joint but haven't gotten a chance to take a real good look at it i do have the 2 short drive shafts

I pulled my boat today with this truck. I noticed that the vibration only happened when the truck was shifted into overdrive and I was going up a hill. Whatever it is is getting worse !! I have an appointment to take it to the dealer in a week....

Something internal in the transmission.

I talked to the dealership today and they said they had a new torque ordered and an overdrive kit. So i should get it back sometime next week...
