Sad A simple bad U-Joint vibration.

This was happened for a week and I ignored, drove around with it on highway

Thought to myself that I will get these U-joints replace on the weekend.
So today I decided to drove up mt. baker early morning hope to go catch some fresh powder snow out in the backcountry.

Well I guess I should have turned around.

This U-Joint is only $20 per piece from NAPA to ....
Went to this local Ford dealership to get a new parts for it.. :\ Well I am not sure if am getting ripped off by them.
- Transfer case adapter $232
- Transmission Extension Housing $$$? (I expected this will cost more)
- Flange $99
- Gasket $75
- U-joint $72 per piece from dealership, NAPA $20.

Any parts yards around? I'd think a whole case would be cheaper, just swap the parts over and get new seals/fluid.

Yeah I just decided to go on with that route. Less headache with it.
Ordered that whole Extension housing assembly from eBay. Hopefully that guy will ship me a new gaskets with it.
Now I'd guess that Ford dealership will charge me for cancel and return the orders that I already paid for.

Yes I did. Well I can't blame them. My stupidity is the fault of my own.

I just got all the major parts back on together now.
Putting on a new extension housing under the truck was the real crossfit workout I havent had for almost 2 years.

Do you know the torque spec of these bolts?
On the extension housing case to transmission is 35ft lbs right?
What about those bolts connect between Transmission housing to Transfer case?
