Default Vibration

New to this site, hope you can help with a old problem. I have had a vibration that is selective to speed. So far I have put in new steering linkage, new ball joints and had all tires balanced and re balanced several times. I bought the 2008 Ram 2500 4 x 4 ST crew cab used and didn't notice the vibration at first. I had to lower the rear of the truck to get it level for my 5th wheel. That was done by changing the spring pack spacers to lower the rear by 1.25 inches. Could that have cause a misalignment and the vibration? Nothing else has helped. Thanks for your help.
