the color of you diesel may not be a problem. there is blue diesel out there. its mainly seen for use in heavy industrial equipment and marine equip. alot of the normal on road diesel can look green, yellow, orange or even clear.
I agree. Find out what the pressure is. If you can find somebody with a good scanner you can find what the computer is seeing. I believe it's labeld "Injector Pressure". Good luck.

i was just thinking wouldnt it be hard to read the injector pressure if the truck doesnt start? or? well, there should be something to read, i think im gonna have to take it to a shop? its probably my only way to do that kind of thing? im gonna try not to?

It reads it when it's cranking. It needs about 500psi to start. If it doesn't it means your sensor that reads it is bad or you have a problem with your high pressure oil pump is not building pressure for one of several reasons. If you do take it to a shop let us know what they find.
