I have Talked to Coaltrain about this matter and from what i have heard Coaltrain has went way above and beyond there call on this and for you to exsect anymore than what they have already done for you is irresponcible on your part.

god damn it sound like a couple of school girls fighting here, this site wasnt set up to complaine about how companys do/dont handle customer relations, dm and other members work hard to make this site user freindly, to help others with the truck issues, and to be a plesent comunity, if i was the owner of the company i personally would show up at your front door and beat ya with a stick

DM I totally agree with you, from what Coaltrain originally posted he has done for the customer was well beyond what I would expect a company to do. Especially since the customer is screwing with every setting of the tranny without the proper knowledge and tools to do it. Sounded to me like he was creating his own problems....
