1994 6.5 Wont start
Well I haven't looked at the truck since Saturday really but today I went and looked inside the fuel tank, im starting to think i ran it out of fuel (don't get pissed at me) I put 10 gallons in, now what is the best way to get it running again.

Hotwire the lift pump and run 1/2 gallon out the drain into a container. leave the lift pump hotwired til after you try to start. Unless your leaving the truck for a while or something.
With the lift pump hot wired/jumper wired and running crack the bleeder on top of the fuel filter and look for air. You can stick a peice of clear tubing over the sticky up part of the fuel filter bleeder to run the fuel that comes out of the bleeder to a container.
The fuel filter bleeder and the T valve are 2 different things.
Now you are bled. Try to start the truck. do not over crank it. you will overheat the starter and make things worse. If it doesn't start after the 3rd try, check your glow plugs

The drain and the T valve are the same thing.
Do you have the lift pump hotwired?

I would skip cracking the injectors til you get step 1 & 2 completed. Prime the filter and run about 1/2 gallon out the drain/T valve.
Let us know how that goes
