I just bought a new relay I'll try it at 12
---AutoMerged DoublePost---
What would I do after trying this fuel pump relay? if there is no fuel leak where do I go next. What about the silinoide under the cover of the injector pump.

So, there's been a lot of back and forth here with different posts. I'm going to recount and tell me if I have it right;
DB2 pump. No fuel at the injectors. You have fuel at the water drain and the bleed at the top of the filter.
Correct?
If so, I would suspect the fuel shut off not opening and preventing fuel from getting to the IP.
Next guess would be the fuel inlet screen in the IP packed up with crud. Even more likely if it's been run with WMO and or WVO (they don't play well together).
Only other thing I can think of is the Filter manager fuel filter is gelled/plugged or something else odd like that.
A DB2 means there will be no codes related to the engine (only the transmission) so your "no codes" when checking the ALDL connector jives with the truck's system.
DB2 also means no electronics (IE: PMD) so you're good there. There should only be one wire to the shut off and 1 connector on the TPS for the ECM to run the transmission.
If the pump is getting fuel and turning, it should be pumping. Even if the lift pump is toast, it should still suck fuel through it and at least run. If there's air in the lines downstream from the IP with a failed LP (IE: lost prime), all bets are off. It won't "suck and run" in that condition.
Check the fuel solenoid and see if it's opening. This is a likely culprit with your description. I've never taken one off a DB2 so hopefully someone else who has can chime in on that one.
The only other thing I can think of right now is something more unusual like a sheared drive pin in the pump gear drive.
I wish I could lay hands on the damned thing. It's so hard to troubleshoot this stuff over the internet....
