Kind of new to the cummins world. I have a 97 12v and every morning it starts up without any problems, runs for a few minutes, then bogs down and dies. After it dies its hell trying to get it started again. If anyone has any ideas of what I could do to fix this I would really appreciate it.

 

good possibility that the fuel shutoff solenoid is tired and not holding after a while then wont pull or completely engage when you are trying to restart

I would check there first
