I have yet to see you post a single link to any test.

Being extremely adamant doesn't change science, ATF and 2-stroke will never do anything in a diesel engine. If such a simple increase were to be had then every fuel station would be using it in their additive package and advertising the hell out of it.

and we have yet to see you post a link to any studies that show that atf and 2stroke have no benifit.

It's everywhere on these sites. "IMO" and "i think" are used far and few between.

That one is easy, if you look at the bottom of the post, you will see a link to test results as far as diesel additives go. Is that not enough? showing that used motor oil helps even? Read everything the rest of us post before you reply. A study is anything done by a person to research the results, and averyone that has said that atf or 2 stroke oil helps has done there own study. You might get different results and thats fine. Dont tell the rest of us we are wrong when we have seen the math and results.

according to the link you posted it shows nothing about using atf my friend(this is also not my first time to read it.) and also that post was not toward you it was toward ForcedInduction you might want to read a little more carfully.

The diference between Motor oil and ATF? additives and detergents. Both are from either crude oil or synthetic oil, and then both have detergents added to clean the engine parts, and then after that, they have friction modifiers added. ATF needs to reduce wear while not inhibiting friction of clutch packs, that alone could change things. I for one will not run atf so i wont tell people to but 2 stroke oil i have run and my truck does run smoother and quieter. Maybe not yours, but mine does. Im not going to argue for or against anymore since i have grown tired of this thread. It was fun and i will check in to see how things go. There are other studies that have been done by people, not coorporations but i see them as credible.

I also just find it funny to **** off forced induction. I might start changing my story just for the heck of it.

My self I will not use ATF in my 06 though I did use it when I drove OTR back in the early 1980's.
