nozzle blanks wouldn't be hard to make at all if you could dimension them all out properly. but making the holes would take a bit of precice fixturing and an EDM ($$)

280 bar. Are we talking VE or P7100?

P7100 pressures can vary 260-300BAR, VE pressures can vary 230-250BAR depening on the setup.

max nozzle pressure for a VE pump is 350bar according to the bosch manual... why set so low?

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

actually it's a bit confusing.

p7100 lists max as 1200
VE lists 1200/350 as max

so.... i can see where there's constant confusion over injector use.

Opening pressure is quite a bit different than the maximum pressure output capability of an injection pump.

i could probably run one dyno run on what i have now but id probably lose alot of power through my big tires and what not. but i am not too into dyno numbers i just care about what it does to help me drive it
yes i understand the expense, just thought you like me had a set of stockers layen around to compair to. but i would very much like to compare a set of westons injectors to another set i just don't have the money right now to get another set either, but from what you say he did a very good job on them,

pretty sure there's a place by me that has decent prices for dyno runs.. like $60 for 3 runs doesn't seem to bad, I plan on running mine at some point in it's current modded form, then going back and running after I get some new sticks in.

i dont have the stock ones anymore two of them were stuck open so i sent them in to have them built so i only got one set of injectors now. from what weston said he didnt build them, the guys at sdx built them, but i guess they work together or soemthing. i dont know details on it but all i know is my truck runs great and it was way to spend the money
