There are two sets, I doubt to see results until the weather gets a bit warmer.

Being these injectors are mechanical (yes?) Does the rotary pump meter fuel pressure or volume to the injectors?

Mechanical fuel systems send pressure through the fuel lines, as well as meter the amount of fuel. Stock, the fuel amount exceeds the amount the injectors need, which is why, when upping your fuel rate/injector size you should also increase your fuel supply with a higher pressure lift pump.
