At 300,000 miles I'm sure your original injectors are worn out.

Stock no-I/Ced injectors are good to 400HP with a perfect tune.

Weston, how big would a 5 hole injector have to be in order to equal say a 6X.016 injector?

I have no where near the knowledge you do, and I'll freely admit that, but from what I've gotten from this thread is it's a given that a 6 hole injector the same size as a 5 hole injector will make more power, simply because it has another hole. Are you saying, that a 5 hole injector, that is a little bigger, will be easier to make, cheaper, and make the same power as a slightly smaller 6 hole?

This thread is gonna be 3 months old pretty soon and what results do you have? None. So I'm skeptical. I wasn't even being hostile, but go ahead and keep on with the smart comments.

well i have sent off my injectors to be tuned by Weston so when i get them back i will report in and let yall know if hes a fake or not i have been in the diesel repair business for 8 years now and every thing that he has said is true so far and i dont blame him for not coming out and addressing yall about your injector problems when you ask another man "what should i do to get X" its hard to do over the Internet because what has worked before may not work for you and then he gets a bad rap and your pissed because YOU put all your trust into someone you never met and now have a useless set of 5,6,7, hundred dollar injectors i too am guilty of this i have never met Weston but he sounds legit to me and iam gonna send off my injectors to him and if he takes me then so be it but i have faith

and to (the head) dont be a dick man

I actually have a set of 5x16's that were reworked by Chris and Weston that I run in my 94. I bought them from another company (not going to say who), and in under a year I had a hazing problem and they just didn’t run right. Sent them to Chris @ SDX and he found out the pop press were set 30 bar less than the other 4. I put them in as soon as I got them back, had no haze through all the rpm range and was seeing an extra 8 psi of boost while free revving.

In other words he knows his stuff.

You will be happy with your injectors when you get them back.
