It should be gated. I would first get a hold of BD and find out what its going to cost to have them rebuild it. Also ask for a price to get a 2nd gen compressor cover and and possibly an HX40 flange turbin housing.

The 64/71 (or 63.5 depending on who your talking to) is one of my favorite chargers. And a great turbo for someone wanting to have some fun but still be able to tow every now and then.
