In 03 they put foam in the bed sides between inner and outer bedside which may cause rust. If it has been on salt roads that really speeds the damage up. Check that out cause that is about a 1000 to cut it out and get it fixed right.

I have attached a picture of what my 03 gasser looks like. All of the visable damage happend since Aug.

 

nope no rust at all no where only a dent a horse kicked in the bottom of the door
