Oh, I see now...his boost fooler is probably giving the ECM (and in turn the monitor) false readings...
If he was using a monitor it would be reading 28-29 psi on the fooled signal. Its probably how its driven, unless you run it out the back door mine won't push much over 35-37 psi under normal conditions. Some people won't take it to redline and thats where you will see the max numbers on boost and EGT's.

Try a boost fooler with an adjustable boost elbow
