sputter and white smoke???

Question sputter and white smoke???

I was just driving home had it in O/D off i was around 2k rpm gave it a little throttle and it sputtered and white smoke came out the stacks any one know what would cause this? any help would be great thanks

Dead hole or bad injector or hopefully your just sucking air somewhere!

if it is a bad injector why doesnt it do it all the time?

when it first happen it was about 1/8 tank but i filled it up and it still does it. it will only do it if i accl hard if i roll it on it wont do it. if i am going along steady and stab the throttle it will do it but not all the time

Check your rail pressure and feed pressure when it happens for problems. Back the Smarty timing and\or SW down and see if that changes anything.

allready tried backing down the sw and the timing didnt work

White smoke unburnt fuel. I'm still going for a bad injector!
