Ball Joints
#11
shouldnt be too hard, if you use a torch be careful how hot you get them... heard of a guy heating them up, beating on the lower one... shot the ball and stud out of the socket, took a chip out of the concrete and sounded like a shot gun going off, atleast that was his story... i've seen a mac truck parked at your house in your photos... borrow a ball joint press... and PB is well advised

Did mine about 5 months ago. HUGE pain in the ***. Snapped my Snap-On ball-joint press in half in the process . Took a healthy combination of another press, a lot of heat and liberal massaging with my 3lb BFH to get them out. I bought my MOOGs through Auto Parts Fast at RockAuto, who is one of our sponsors. WAY cheaper than any of the local parts emporiums like Auto Zone, Advance Auto or NAPA. Good luck.

i just finish doing all four of mine the only pain was finding a good press dont use a cheap one i did and broke two of them finally got a good one from a local truck shop not cheap but worth the money other then that some heat and lots of pb blaster. i also put moog in and have always used them never any issues. o and an other thing if you have not replaced your tie rods good luck one of mine was bad and i had to do the upgrade because no one could get me any parts but it drives like a dream now.
