Default Ball joint problem

I just replaced all 4 ball joints on my 95 ram 2500 rwd. Bought a 20 ton Shop press to press in the uppers. Problem is the passenger side joint popped out after about a quarter mile of driving. I can't afford to replace the control arm now and I know it isn't the best idea but tomorrow I plan on pressing it back in and running a bead around it to make sure it doesn't pop out again until I replace the control arm and ball joint again in the spring. Thoughts?

there should have been a snap ring that was supposed to hold it in .. the factory ones are typically rivited in place ...

The lower has a snap ring and the previous owner welded the lower in on the passenger side. So I didn't really have a choice but to weld that one in as well since I had to grind the old one out. But the lowers don't even really press in or out. A smack with a hammer and the lower will pop out. The uppers require a press to change them. No snap ring on those ones.
