Does your fan clutch come on? May need to change it out to a new one.

FYI: It is more then likely leaking oil for the front main seal.

Its not the tin cover that covers the gears its the aluminun case that bolts to the block and it isnt the front main seal its way to high for it to be that. And the fan clutch does kick on and work.
