I don't know about the PPEs but I have a Fass 150 on my truck. The kit comes with fuel lines and I ran mine into the stock fuel bowl just because it has a fuel heater in it.

Bigger lines - good idea.

But - getting rid of Banjo Bolts - a great idea! Improves flow and reduces pressure drops!

Depending on what you already have ...you might need the BIG LINE KIT (Geno's Garage) ....or just the Filter to VP44 pump line (also at Geno's Garage.)

Check here: Fuel System Accessories-Dodge Cummins Diesel Truck Accessories – Geno’s Garage

or directly from Vulcan:

Vulcan compound turbo components, AirDog Raptor Systems, FireBall injectors, DrawStraw™, Big Line Kits, VP silicone boot kits, gauge installation components, metric adapters & fittings, FA, Quadzilla, Edge,AirDog, DTT Trans, ISSPRO, HTT Turbo, AFE, V

Nice thing about this concept - the fitting that goes on the VP44 has a 1/8" port that you can put your fuel gage sensor on (you do have a fuel presssure gage??? I hope???) - and you will get the most reliable pressure measurement at the point it counts the most - at the VP44!

so the big line kit gives you fuel line and power wire to a frame mounted pump and the banjo bolt convertion?
