i would like to get a combo code reader/programmer. what is a good one to start with. i dont want insane power. i would like one that gets good milage. what is a good one?

 

The Smarty is a great one.

Are you familiar with it?

Do you have a fuel pressure guage?

With that code - I suspect your injector pump is on its way out. Can you swing by autozone and use their code reader? I wouldnt drive it very much until you get it scanned.
