What do ABS+Brake+Speedometer+Parking break....,

also does the key have to be on whilst preforming this test?
Also thanks to 01quadcab for your input... Altho Ive cleaned the VSS area, (gunk) any chance I'll drop any dirt into the pumpkin despite my efforts?

The 16 pin connector is below the lower knee bolster just to the right of the steering collum and at the bottom of the plastic knee bolster panel (inside the cab). The brake light will flash long and short flashes count the flashes they number 1 through 15. I belive a long flash is a first digit in codes 10 and above. The key needs to be on when doing the test. hope this helps.

UPDATE
Woo hoo, ok thanks to all who led me to that pesky VSS, turns out, that was the problem,, found one at the boneyard, out of a 1500, seemed to do the trick, 19 bucks,, not bad now all 3 problems have vanished ABS light, speedometer, and Brake light all off at the dash, gone, poofff!
Thanks again,,
