i did bypass my stock filter for now but after reading on here how some put it back for the fuel heater and water in fuel sensor i may do that. now the instructions said to make small cuts in the tube i did that and i also made sure it was 1/4" off the bottom of the tank but didn't cut it at an angle.

 

alright i fixed the problem i cut the tube on a angle and it quit acting up i also cleaned the tank out. so thanks for all of ya'lls input.
