Default 1995 ford f250 7.3 trouble starting??

I have a 1995 Ford F250 XLT 4x4 ext cab long bed completely stock minus a ts chip and a straight pipe exhaust. When I first got the pickup everything ran fine no issues but now it's having trouble starting...not a cold start issue even in 50 degree weather and up it struggles to start..I plugged it in just to see if it would help and it helps a little bit but not all that much. It starts after a couple failed attempts..the truck tries to start it fires and wont roll over until two or three tries..I live in tennesse and it's far from cold. I'm thinking this is a fuel issue seeing as how it tries to start but doesn't roll over for a while. Maybe a fuel pump or bowl?? Potentially injectors? Not too sure but it seems like a fuel issue...any thoughts or input on what it could be/how to diagnose the issue myself?
Any input will be very helpful! Thanks in advance.
