How many dyno runs? If it is for 3 runs or an hour it is cheap. Around here it is $75 for three runs or $100 for an hour.

shop that did the work replaced the draw straw.they cut the first draw straw,to short and they tried to charge me 500 bucks to fix the draw straw.i said no way its under waranty.and the truck is scheduled to get the fuel pump replaced to fix problemsand im not paying to have that replaced either.hasnt been on the truck a month yet,now everyones telling me it might be the vp-44 wich is only 8 months old

Depending on where you got the VP at, some shops warranty for one year.

I see diesel junkie has a Blue Chip Pump listed in his Signature for sale, might be something to check out if you do need one.

I'm still bettin on the Overflow regulator. Especially since you said the pressure is erratic. If it's not maintaining consistant pressure at the VP it is gaining and losing resistance in the fuel lines. This woud cause pressure to go up and down momentarily while the Lift pump adjust itself. Hope I explained that so somebody other then me would understand it.

and go back to gas.
